Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bdbiji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bdbiji website at bdbiji.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process and creating a bdbiji account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision contained in this document, you must not register an account and must cease using the bdbiji platform immediately.

bdbiji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to the revised terms being published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bdbiji platform following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bdbiji platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdbiji is strictly an 18+ platform and does not permit the registration or participation of any person under the legal adult age.
• You must be participating on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must have only one active bdbiji account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law, and where participation in offshore platforms would constitute a criminal offence.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a bdbiji employee or director, or of any game provider, software partner, or payment processor that maintains a commercial relationship with bdbiji.
• Your account must not have been previously closed, suspended, or terminated by bdbiji for any breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

bdbiji takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. The platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. During any age verification review, your account may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals. If verification is not completed within the timeframe communicated by the bdbiji support team, the account may be suspended until the required documents are provided and reviewed.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bdbiji services, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create or be assigned a unique username and password ("login credentials"). You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. bdbiji will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Do not share your bdbiji login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not use the same password for bdbiji that you use for other online services, particularly mobile banking applications such as bKash or Nagad.
• Log out of your bdbiji account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where the feature is available on your bdbiji account for an additional layer of security.
• Contact bdbiji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdbiji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at the platform's discretion, you may be required to submit documentary proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your account. Accepted documents include government-issued national ID cards, passports, utility bills, and bank statements dated within the last three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active bdbiji account at any time. If bdbiji identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — bdbiji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any withdrawable balance pending investigation. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting, all balances may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bdbiji — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. bdbiji supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market to ensure fast, convenient, and secure transactions for all account holders.

Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳500. Deposits credited instantly. Withdrawals processed within 15–30 minutes to verified bKash accounts.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳500. Deposits credited instantly. Withdrawals processed within 15–30 minutes to verified Nagad accounts.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳500. Processing times may vary slightly.
• Upay — Supported for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit ৳500.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. bdbiji does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction on the bdbiji cashier page.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that has been previously used to fund your bdbiji account. Before any withdrawal is processed, your KYC verification must be complete. bdbiji reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding defined thresholds. Withdrawals made prior to completing any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdbiji offers a range of bonus and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events on the Bangladesh calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup fixtures.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the promotion. These specific terms take precedence over any general promotional statements.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated on each offer page.
• Bonuses have defined validity periods. Any bonus balance or associated winnings not claimed within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• bdbiji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in progress is honoured under its original terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a bdbiji account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse Policy

bdbiji operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bet-hedging strategies (placing opposing bets across accounts) to guarantee a risk-free profit from bonus funds; coordinating with other players to exploit offer structures; and providing false information at registration to gain access to a new player bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdbiji reserves the right to void all bonus credits, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account or accounts involved.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through the bdbiji platform, including sports betting markets, live casino tables, RNG slot games, and crash game titles. By placing any wager on bdbiji, you acknowledge and accept these rules in full.

Sports Betting

• All sports betting markets on bdbiji — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each event in the sportsbook.
• Bets accepted and confirmed by the bdbiji platform are binding. Once a bet is placed and the confirmation screen is shown, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice at the discretion of the bdbiji trading team. Bets already accepted prior to a suspension will stand.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, applicable settlement rules will be applied in accordance with the specific market rules. Incomplete events are generally settled as void unless a specific rule applies (e.g., enough overs completed in a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern scenario in cricket).
• bdbiji reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred, whether due to a data feed error, technical fault, or human error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant market page or available from the support team upon request.

Casino & Slot Games

• All RNG casino and slot games on bdbiji operate using independently certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are genuinely unpredictable and cannot be manipulated by the platform or by the player.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome generated at the server side. Where a complete outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Live dealer game rules are governed by the individual studio rules published by the relevant provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi). bdbiji is not responsible for decisions made by live dealers in accordance with their studio's game rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before each round or hand.

System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, payout, or account balance, bdbiji reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the account to its pre-error state. Payouts resulting from obvious technical errors — including but not limited to software bugs, incorrect odds feeds, or display glitches — are not valid and will not be honoured. bdbiji will notify affected players as promptly as practicable when such corrections are applied.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By maintaining an active bdbiji account, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to all account holders without exception.

You Agree To

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and to keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account.
• Use the bdbiji platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose without prior written consent from bdbiji.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence when using the bdbiji platform.
• Contact bdbiji support if you experience any technical issue, suspicious activity, or discrepancy in your account balance rather than attempting to exploit it.
• Use responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdbiji platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or the name of a third party.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the platform without the express written permission of bdbiji.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or collusion in connection with any sports event or casino game available on bdbiji.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or loopholes in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or use bdbiji for any other financial crime. bdbiji cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report any suspected financial crime without prior notice to the account holder.
• Using the platform to fund or facilitate any illegal activity as defined under the laws of Bangladesh or the jurisdiction in which bdbiji operates.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward bdbiji staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

bdbiji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider linked to the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold a bdbiji account.
• At the request of the account holder, including for the purpose of self-exclusion under the bdbiji Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate the restriction of access for players in certain jurisdictions.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your bdbiji account voluntarily, you may submit a request to the bdbiji support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of the closure request will be processed to your registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion through the bdbiji responsible gaming tools or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion locks your account for a player-defined period and prevents all access to betting and gaming services. During the self-exclusion period, bdbiji will make reasonable efforts to prevent the creation of a new account by the same individual. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, bdbiji's total liability to any account holder in connection with the use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdbiji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the bdbiji platform.
